Host Europe Group ("HEG"), one of Europe's leading web hosting companies, has reached an agreement to acquire Dynamic-net.ch AG ("Dynamic-net") through its wholly owned subsidiary Host Europe GmbH. 

Dynamic-net is a leading provider of hosting services to small and medium enterprises in Switzerland. Dynamic-net offers its customers domain registration, mass and customised hosting, with a strong virtualised server platform. It is a recognised player in all of its segments, with strong customer relationships in its Swiss client base. 

HEG, working closely with the existing Dynamic-net management team, will support Dynamic-net with HEG's best-in-class technical platform which will also further enhance the product portfolio and technical specifications of products and services that Dynamic-net offers to its customers. 

This transaction is the latest example of HEG's commitment to grow its customer and product footprint via targeted and strategic add-on acquisitions and supports the strategic goal to be one of Europe's most dynamic web hosting companies.
